We are team of Advocates, CA’s and CS’s having experience of more than 50 years collectively in litigations, audits, registrations and consultations in different codes binding on companies to run smooth operation in India. Our aim is to provide end to end compliance solution at one platform. We are working on ease of doing compliance PAN India. We are developing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software which will help organisations to be complied automatically.

Our two experienced Directors Mr. Nitesh Kumar and Mrs. Allisha Sharma came together with dream of GRC software , audit, registrations, consultation and litigations for organisations under the guidance of our Principal Consultant Adv. Sandeep Kumar having rich experience in corporate governance. We are continuously working towards ease of doing compliance for our esteemed clients from Logistics, Construction, E-Commerce, Retail, Food Industries, Fintech, Manpower, Construction, Export, Manufacturing etc.

We understand that it’s era of Start-Ups in India and Start-ups can not afford expert of compliances due to huge salary expenses but always keen to do 100% compliance.
