Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act,1970

Applicability -Every employer needs to get registration when contract labour is 50 or more than 50.

3. Contractors company name, address, mobile number and E-mail
4. Shop registration BIP ID if contractor office is in Haryana and LIN if outside Haryana

Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act,1965

1. 10 or more employees during preceding twelve month
2. All employees employed, directly by or through any agency (including a contractor) with or without the knowledge of the principal employer, for remuneration in any factory or establishment to do any work connected with its affairs
