Automatic sanction and generation of registration & License under CLRA Act,1970

Rajasthan Govt. introduced a system of automatic approval and generation of registration and license under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act,1970 after expiry of 45 days time period  for ease of doing business. A detailed notification related to this is issued bearing number-8/(1)EODB /I.R./ Labour / 2020/Part-1/28777 on 27.10.22.
