Updated Minimum Wages-Maharashtra-Jan’24
State government updated minimum wages- Maharashtra from 01st Jan’24 by revision in Variable Dearness Allowances in minimum wages for different categories of employees employed in the scheduled employments through notification having number- No. S.R.G.V/K.V.A/V.B/2024 (1) Work-10 dated 05th Feb’2024.
In Maharashtra, payment of HRA is mandatory at the rate of 5% of minimum wages as per The Maharashtra Workmen’s Minimum House Rent Allowance Act,1983.
