Rajasthan State Govt. released Rajasthan Code on Social Security (Draft) Rules, 2026 through Notification S.O. 152 dated 13.01.2026 . The Rules unify provisions pertaining to EPF, ESI and gratuity for various unorganized workers including gig workers. They propose digital-first compliance, welfare boards with structured governance and time bound processes. The Rules intend to extend the coverage of social security and also make transparency and enforcement more effective.
